Train categories
Every unique merchant is listed once, biggest spend first. Pick the right category — it applies to all matching transactions, and with auto-learn on, similar new merchants get sorted the same way automatically.
Categories
Add your own expense types, rename or recolor them, and delete ones you don't use. Colors show across the P&L and every chart.
Accounts & cards
Set up your bank accounts and the cards under them. Every statement you import is tagged to an account (and optionally a card), so you can view each one separately or all together. Transfers between your own accounts can be auto-detected and excluded from revenue/expenses.
Team
Everyone here shares the same books — one login per person, all synced. As Owner you can promote teammates to Accountant (full edit access) or keep them as Viewer (read-only).
